Our school has a new
eTwinning project tittled:
'Christmas traditions in different countries'.
The members of our
association are: Poland, Italy, England, Turkey and Spain. We have made
some handmade Christmas cards and sent them to our partners. We have had
video-conferences in December and we will Skype in January too.
Students will collect information
about Christmas traditions in each country and will prepare a ppt to share with
our partners.
Finally, each school will
write a sentence that condenses the Christmas spirit.
ICT resources will be used:
interactive board, computers, projectors, Padlet https://padlet.com/belcasta/zmssdtt1ai06 (collaborative wall), email, etc.
What is eTwinning?
eTwinning is part of
Erasmus +, the EU programme for education, training, youth and sport. The
main goal is to promote and facilitate contact, exchange ideas and
collaborative work between teachers and students of the countries participating
in eTwinning, through ICTs.

My name is Gemma and I am 21 years old. I am from county Dublin in Ireland. I moved here in September and will study Business, English and Spanish.
Oviedo is so beautiful, I am really enjoying my stay here. I find Asturian food to be very different to Irish food but it is very tasty.
Oviedo and Ireland have similar climates- a lot of rain! In the future I hope to be a University lecturer. I would also like to travel around the world with my friends.
